The recent purchase of my new Toyota Yaris GLX Urban was an exciting uplifting experience. I had never seen or driven in a Yaris Cross before my purchase. All the paperwork went through the Busselton dealership, and I must say the professionalism by Jack Hendriks was second to none. His initial contact was friendly and full of information regarding the car and what to expect with paperwork. We kept in continual contact with paperwork sent through to sign and a very smooth & stress-free delivery on the day. Jack presented me with a lovely bottle of Margaret River wine and some yummy chocolates (Little Ottos) handmade from Busselton. He said he was not leaving until he had explained all the details of the car (still trying to take it all in) which took a good hour. I did not realise at the time that he had another delivery that day so really appreciated the time that he put in.
I really love my Toyota, although at times I feel I have purchased a computer robot. I do not have to turn the key, take the hand brake off, put the lights on or manually use high beam, or open the boot with no hands . Jack set up the phone, blue tooth etc. and got me onto Toyota Connect. All in all, a great little car but still learning the gadgets.
