This was my first service with Busselton Toyota and I have to say, I was impressed. From the efficient and thorough drop off process to the call I received about my tyre leak and asking if the boys should proceed with a fix or if I would prefer a different supplier. And whilst I was warned it would add time to the finalisation of the service, where I was expecting an extra couple hours, it was only 30 mins past the original suggested time. When I collected the car I was taken thru what they had covered and alerted to anything of concern (of which there was none), so felt happy driving away. And the vacuum and wash was a really lovely touch which I appreciated. Thank you, I felt very looked after and more than happy with my service.
